3. What time should I arrive at the parking?
We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before your flight in order to complete any necessary formalities and take the shuttle to the airport under the best possible conditions.
4. How does the shuttle service work?
A shuttle takes you between the parking area and your airport terminal. On your return, the shuttle will pick you up according to the procedure indicated in your booking confirmation.
5. Is the shuttle included in the price?
Yes, the shuttle transfer between the parking area and the airport is included in the booking, unless otherwise stated during the booking process.
6. Does the shuttle operate 24/7?
Yes, the shuttle service is available 24/7.
7. How many people can use the shuttle per booking?
The number of passengers included may depend on the conditions of the booked offer. We recommend checking this point when making your reservation.
8. Can I bring oversized or special luggage?
Standard luggage is accepted. For oversized or special items, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm whether transport is possible.

10. Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
Yes. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time at the parking area. After that deadline, the booking is no longer refundable unless you have purchased the cancellation insurance offered at a rate of €5.

Yes, we place great importance on the security of parked vehicles. The parking facilities are operated with security measures adapted to each site.
12. Do I need to leave my keys?
No, your keys are not required.
